 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR ESTABILISHING A BRANCH/AFFILIATE OF USA CHAPTER 

  1. Branches shall only be established for alumni members primarily living in a USA city, county, or metropolitan area. 
  2. Affiliates shall only be established for alumni members primarily living in the USA, with basis of individual membership tied or related to any part, section, function, department, faculty, institute, school, staff quarters, hall of residence and graduation/matriculation year at OAU. 
  3. Branches /Affiliates shall have a minimum of ten (10) alumni members on their membership list. 
  4. Branches/Affiliates shall receive charter from the Board of Directors (BOD) during an International Reunion holding in the USA, with a minimum of two (2) alumni members of the branch/affiliate in attendance. 
  5. Branches shall be duly registered as Great Ife Alumni Association with the appropriate USA county/state authorities, within six (6) months of receiving charter from BOD. 
  6. Name registration issues/conflicts with the county/state authorities should be referred to the BOD immediately for possible resolutions.
